MS TECHNICAL OFFICE staff provides great support to both production workshop and also to customers. Depending on the needs of each client, they have the possibility to write the complete project of its installation, including design, justification calculations, plans, safety and health plan … all this to improve the service and design of customer requirements.

The people in charge of each project are in charge of supervising absolutely all the Project phases , from the development of the engineering, the manufacturing process and the assembly, always being supported by a qualified team.

This methodology allows them to control all stages with maximum excellence and determination, obtaining optimal results; This is being a highly appreciated added value by MS,s customers.

The production department is formed by the best team of engineers, boilermakers, tubers, welders and assemblers.Both welders and assemblers are qualified for MAG, MIG and TIG welding,also for all procedures designed by MS and in full readiness to adopt all the customer demands.

All production personnel are in possession of their corresponding Certificate of Approval, all backed by a company authorized for inspection and industrial control.

In addition to this, all related personnel in the production process are trained in the field of risks and occupational safety.

Metallic Somonte has the necessary machinery to carry out the production processes required by the technical office department.

This capacity, coupled with the large network of MS partners and the synergy provided by METAINDUSTRY4, allows MS to meet all production requirements in a flexible and competitive manner.
